Requirements

 Responsibilities:

• Capable of performing lubrications, oil changes, maintenance, tire services, and inspections
• Precisely communicate needed repairs to Service Advisor
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Maintain store cleanliness to Performance Automotive Bountiful standard
• Assist in maintaining store equipment and tools to Performance Automotive Bountiful standards
• Complete any other assigned tasks delegated by Store Management
• Ability to service multiple makes and models
• ASE certification is preferred.
• Willing to work at a steady pace, we are a very high volume service department.
• Must have a positive attitude and rise to challenging situations.
• The technician must provide their own tools, specialty tools are provided.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an automotive technology course is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to communicate well with others
• Possess a valid driver's license w/good driving record
• Substance screening is required of all Performance Ford Truck Country employees
