```Description of the role:
The Shop Forman at Dutton Motor Company plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the operations of our automotive repair shop. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics and technicians in the shop
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
- Diagnose and address any technical issues that arise during the repair process
- Collaborate with the Service Advisor to schedule repairs and prioritize workflow
- Train and mentor junior mechanics to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment
- Keep abreast of industry developments and advancements in automotive technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Certification in automotive mechanics or a related field
- Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostic procedures 
- Familiarity with General Motors makes and models
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively
