What You'll Do

• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and computer system issues.


• Perform high-quality vehicle repairs and routine preventive maintenance.


• Conduct thorough digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) and recommend necessary services.


• Utilize advanced diagnostic software and specialized tools effectively.


• Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation on all work orders.


• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Uphold high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and shop cleanliness.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of automotive technician experience preferred.


• Skills: Strong diagnostic aptitude and electrical troubleshooting abilities.


• Equipment: Must own personal tool set standard for high-level repair work.


• Mindset: Pride in precision workmanship, strong integrity, and a passion for cars.


• Growth: Drive to continuously learn, upgrade skills, and work collaboratively as a team player.


• Certifications: ASE Certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain with shop support).

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $35 - $55+ per hour based on experience and certifications.
