Automotive Technician – $10,000Sign-On Bonus


Mazda of Columbia – Columbia, SC
Pay: $35–$50/hour (Flat Rate)

This role is based in our brand-new, air-conditioned service center — equipped with state-of-the-art tools and built for efficiency, comfort, and success. If you're an Auto Technician, Certified Mechanic, or ASE/OEM-trained pro looking to take your career to the next level, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do



  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and A/C systems



  • Perform preventative maintenance and multi-point inspections



  • Use OEM diagnostic tools and software



  • Document all work clearly and accurately



  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership service department



What We’re Looking For




  • 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician (dealership preferred)




  • OEM certifications (Mazda a plus — Toyota, Ford, Honda, etc. also welcome)




  • ASE certifications preferred



  • Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various makes and models



  • Experience with flat-rate billing systems



  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
