The Role at a Glance – Bill Jacobs Volkswagen Technician

We are excited to add a Technician to join our team. The focus of the Technician includes highly skilled vehicle maintenance, diagnosis, and repair. The ideal candidate has a passion for performing work with accuracy and efficiency.

What you'll do

Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, recall work and installations, according to experience and certifications, that meet dealership and manufacturer requirements. Perform automotive services including engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, suspensions, alignments, steering, heating and air conditioning, basic and ABS brakes, exhaust systems, etc.

Requirements

Must-haves:

• 1+ years of dealership technician experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability standards.

Nice-to-haves:

• VW or German brand experience preferred.
• Good communication, computer and customer service skills.
• Reliable with a good work ethic and problem-solving skills.
