Job Description - Automotive Technician / Mechanic Lead Tech

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician / Mechanic Lead Tech to join our team at Kirkland Autoworks. As a leader in the automotive industry, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers and creating a positive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.

Provide leadership and guidance to other technicians

Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and parts

Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments

Keep accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician / Mechanic

ASE certification preferred

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Excellent customer service skills
