Responsibilities

As an Automotive Technician at Kollective Automotive Group, your role is pivotal in delivering top-notch service. Here's what we expect:

• Timely Repairs and Maintenance: Efficiently repair and maintain customer vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.


• Multi-Point Inspection: Consistently utilize our Multi-Point inspection tool at a rate greater than 98%, maintaining safety and reliability.


• High-Quality Workmanship: Provide high-quality work at a productive rate, following published procedures and safety guidelines, ensuring Parts Compliance.


• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest technical bulletins and service publications to stay ahead in your field.


• Continuous Training: Attend and actively participate in training programs recommended by our Shop Supervisor and management to enhance your skills.


• Warranty Compliance: Adhere to warranty policies when assisting other Dealership Team members in completing warranty information, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

** If you are a recent graduate or looking for an apprenticeship or an express technician we are hiring for those roles as well. Depending on the role those jobs pay between $19-$26 hourly. The goal is to progress to a flat rate technician 6-24 months which is advertised above. **
