Pay Range: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Crossroads Hyundai, part of the First State Auto Group, is a fast-growing dealership committed to excellence in customer service and operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title Clerk to join our administrative and accounting team.

Position Summary:
The Title Clerk is responsible for processing all vehicle titles and registration documents for new, used, and wholesale transactions. This role requires precision, speed, and thorough knowledge of DMV and state title requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  Process and verify all title and registration paperwork for retail, lease, and wholesale deals

  
  


• 
  

  Submit and track title work through Dealertrack and other DMV systems

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and organized records of all title-related documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Handle lien payoffs, releases, and follow up on any title discrepancies

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with customers, lenders, and the DMV to resolve title issues

  
  


• 
  

  Reconcile title schedules and assist with accounting duties as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Support dealership staff with title-related questions and document requests

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  1+ years of automotive title clerk experience required

  
  


• 
  

  Dealertrack experience required

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Colorado DMV title processing and compliance procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds, or similar)
