Automotive Title Clerk

• Ensure accurate completion of all state-required forms and fees


• Record and maintain accurate records of vehicle transactions


• Communicate with customers, state agencies, and third-party vendors regarding title issues and updates


• Manage and maintain inventory of title work and titles in transit


• Stay informed on state-specific title laws and regulations


• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous experience as an automotive title clerk or in a related field preferred but not required


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
