Automotive Title Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process vehicle titles, registrations, and license plates accurately and efficiently.


• Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle titles and documents.


• Work with DMV and other regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.


• Communicate with sales, finance, and service departments to coordinate title-related activities.


• Resolve title and registration issues promptly.


• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements: 

• Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar automotive administrative role is preferred.


• Knowledge of DMV procedures and vehicle titling processes.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.


• Proficiency with office software and dealership management systems.
