Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Title Clerk to join our administrative team. This role is responsible for processing vehicle title and registration documents accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Prepare and process vehicle titles, registrations, and license plate documents

  
  


• 
  

  Submit title paperwork to the appropriate state agencies in a timely manner

  
  


• 
  

  Verify accuracy and completeness of title documents for new and used vehicles

  
  


• 
  

  Process lien payoffs, releases, and title transfers

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain organized title records and logs

  
  


• 
  

  Resolve title issues, reassignments, and customer or lender discrepancies

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with sales, accounting, lenders, and customers as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with dealership policies and DMV regulations

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous automotive title clerk or dealership experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Florida DMV title and registration processes a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient with dealership software (Tekion  and Dealer DMV) preferred

  
  


•
