Automotive Title Clerk

Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Title Clerk in a dealership environment, excel at multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and possess a keen eye for accuracy. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) plans.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely process retail and lease titles and registrations


• Submit title documentation to third-party MVD providers


• Coordinate with other dealerships and vendors to manage out-of-state title processing


• Handle the transfer and processing of trade-in vehicle titles


• Investigate and resolve any title discrepancies


• Collaborate closely with the sales and finance departments


• Stay current with Arizona’s vehicle title regulations


• Process outgoing wholesale transactions and reassign titles to auction


• Maintain and organize title schedules to ensure accuracy and cleanliness

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive dealership is required


• Strong knowledge of title processing procedures


• Exceptional attention to detail


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines


• Experience with CDK software is preferred but not mandatory


• Proficiency with computers and relevant software applications
