Automotive Title Clerk

• Minimum 2 Years of Automotive Title Experience Required

Responsibilities:  

• Process vehicle title transfers, registrations, and tag applications


• Submit required paperwork to the appropriate state and local county offices 


• Verify legal documents including titles, lien releases, and odometer statements


• Handle out-of-state titles and ensure compliance with state requirements


• Maintain accurate and organized deal jackets


• Process payoffs and follow up on title discrepancies to ensure timely completion


• Verify required documents for valid and complaint title transfer


• Stay updated with state-specific title regulations and requirements
