Full Job Description

Auffenberg of Carbondale is seeking an Automotive License & Title Clerk. We are a busy dealership and welcome anyone that enjoys a fast paced environment! We are seeking a bright energetic individual with great work ethics and a team player to join our consolidated office staff, experience is preferred!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and process documents for in state and out of state registrations for vehicle purchases


• Ensure all taxes are paid timely and proper documents are completed


• Verify applications for accuracy, completion and all required signatures are present on all documents


• Monitoring vehicle license and registering systems for tax liabilities that are coming due


• Monitoring and update the License & Title schedules


• Accurately post retail and wholesale transactions into our computer systems


• Work closely with finance department on resolving issues that may need attention


• Able to Multitask


• Work under pressure in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines.


• Perform various other accounting responsibilities and/or business requirements as assigned by Office Manager

Qualifications

• Good reading and writing skills.


• Strong grammar and spelling.


• Competent keyboard skills.


• Good communication.


• An ability to work individually and as part of a team.


• The ability to concentrate for long periods of time.

• Willingness to embrace technology.
