Automotive Title Clerk

Lehighton Kia, a growing dealership, is now hiring a detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk for a full-time career opportunity.

We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and can thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. While automotive dealership experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Responsibilities:

- Process vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and related paperwork accurately and efficiently.

- Submit title work and documentation to PennDOT and financial institutions.

- Verify all paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

- Process payoffs and assist with dealer trade paperwork.

- Track outstanding titles and follow up on title issues when necessary.

- Maintain organized deal jackets and office records.

- Assist accounting and management with administrative support tasks.

- Communicate professionally with customers, lenders, and state agencies.

- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- Support the dealership office team with additional clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

- Preferred experience in an automotive dealership or title clerk role.

- Office, administrative, or clerical experience is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Dependable and punctual.

- Professional communication skills.

- Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems.

- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to grow.
