In this crucial role, you will ensure the accurate and legal transfer of vehicle ownership, working directly with our sales team and state DMV offices to process deals cleanly and efficiently. Salary/Pay Range: Wage based on Experience. Will pay for experienced candidates. 

• Process title documentation for all new, used, and wholesale vehicle transactions.


• Verify legal paperwork for compliance with state, federal, and DMV regulations.


• Submit registration packages to state agencies quickly to prevent consumer delays.


• Resolve title discrepancies by interfacing directly with lenders, auctions, and customers.


• Maintain precise ledger records for all tax, title, and registration fees collected.


• Collaborate closely with management to track and report missing or problematic titles.

• Experience:Previous auto dealership title clerk experience is strictly required.


• Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification.


• Knowledge: Deep understanding of state DMV frameworks, out-of-state transfers, and tax regulations.


• Skills: Incredible attention to detail, strong data entry speed, and great problem-solving skills.


• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with dealership management software like Automate, Dealertrack, Vitu online reg
