Automotive Title Clerk / Booker / Biller

Pundmann Ford is seeking to fill an immediate opening for a Title Clerk/Booker/Biller opening with our fun and hard-working Office staff.  Our associates help our values shine through in the daily work that they do.  We offer a family-style environment with a collaborative group of helpful and knowledgeable people.

Our Ideal Candidate(s):

• Title Clerk experience/knowledge is must


• Booking/Billing experience is a PLUS


• Enjoys working in a small team


• Likes to be cross-trained on other office/accounting functions


• Has a proven work history of success


• Possesses a customer service and “can-do” mentality


• Has high attention to detail and enjoys data entry and interaction with associates both in the Office and in the other areas of our dealership


• Microsoft Office Suite experience is required


• Car/Truck Dealership accounting experience is a PLUS


• Reynolds & Reynolds software experience is a HUGE PLUS


• Availability to begin work quickly is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Title and application processing


• Complete trade-in payoffs and obtain all needed documentation


• Verify deal documents are complete and accurate


• Reconciling accounts and schedules


• Cross training to learn other positions – Booking/Billing


• Filing and other duties as assigned by management


• Work with the office staff and others entering completed deals as-needed


• Will cross-train on Booking/Billing functions

Details:

• Full-time, 40 Hours per week 


• Eligible for overtime, but not much expected or required


• Monday thru Friday (7:30 am to 4:30 pm or 8:00 am until 5:00 pm)
