Automotive Title Clerk - Mechanicsburg

EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TITLE CLERK NEEDED FOR CENTRAL PA DEALERSHIP GROUP

Platinum Central PA is in need of detail-oriented individuals to fill Title Clerk positions in multiple locations.  Position available now in Mechanicsburg.

Responsibilities:

• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled


• Ensure that online registration is timely and within state guidelines


• Review incoming titles for accuracy


• Work closely with Sales & Finance Managers to resolve title issues


• Report to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provide a current list of outstanding titles
  

Qualifications:

• Auto Title Processing 6 months to 1 year experience preferred


• Highly organized


• Self-motivated


• Strong attention to detail


• Team player


• Dependable


• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills


• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily


• Ability to provide quality customer service
