Job Description - Automotive Transport Driver (CDL Required)

Job Summary:

Midwestern Auto Group is currently hiring a reliable and professional Truck Driver to transport vehicles and automotive parts. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and maintain a clean driving and background record. This role is critical in ensuring timely and safe deliveries that uphold our company’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely transport luxury vehicles to locations as assigned
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
-Immediately report any truck malfunctions and/or incidents
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and service departments

Requirements:

- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Clean driving record (no major violations, suspensions, or DUIs)
- Clean background check is required
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform minor loading/unloading tasks
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to safety
