The Pre-Owned Sales Manager fulfills responsibilities primarily through effective personnel management, knowledge of market potential, establishing performance standards, and a keen awareness of each department's break-even data. Qualifications for Pre-Owned / Used Car Sales Manager:

Our next Automotive Sales Manager must have previous automotive leadership experience to be considered for this role. 

• Strong trade appraisal skills.
• Auction Access Preferred
• Reynolds, First Look, and ACV auction experience preferred.
• MS Office knowledge; and computer software,
• Internet proficiency a MUST!
• Ability to merchandise cars online and on the property Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi task.
• Excellent critical thinking ability.
• Steady work and performance history.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a successful sales team.
