Job Title: Vehicle Acquisition Agent 

About the Role 

Walt Massey is launching a brand-new Vehicle Buying Center, and we’re looking for driven, detail-oriented Vehicle Acquisition Agents to help us purchase vehicles from private-party sellers. 

In this role, you will reach out to customers, evaluate vehicles remotely, and make smart buying decisions that directly impact our success. If you enjoy problem-solving, learning new skills, working in an energetic team environment, and talking to customers, this is the opportunity for you. 

No automotive experience required — we train you on everything. 

What You’ll Do

  Reach out to customers looking to sell their vehicles 

  
  

• 
  

  Appraise vehicles remotely using provided tools, photos, data, and market insights 

  
  

• 
  

  Communicate professionally via phone, text, and email 

  
  

• 
  

  Present and explain purchase offers clearly and confidently 

  
  

• 
  

  Follow up on previous offers made 

  
  

• 
  

  Analyze vehicle information such as condition, mileage, and market trends 

  
  

• 
  

  Work closely with leadership to ensure smart, competitive buying decisions

  Keep detailed and accurate records of appraisals and offers

  Help drive the success of our new Buying Center through strong performance
