Position Overview:
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for processing and managing warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies while supporting the service department’s efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines
• Review repair orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission
• Communicate with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers regarding claim details
• Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding or rejected claims
• Maintain organized records of all warranty documentation
• Reconcile warranty payments and address discrepancies
• Stay up to date with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an automotive warranty or service administrative role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
