We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies, and providing exceptional support to our service team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and manage warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner

- Review and analyze warranty documentation to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines

- Communicate with manufacturers and service management regarding warranty issues and resolutions

- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and related documentation

- Assist in training service staff on warranty policies and procedures

- Provide support and guidance to all service team members regarding warranty inquiries

- Monitor warranty trends and report findings to management

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or business administration is a plus

- Previous experience in Ford warranty administration is preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using warranty management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
