Position Overview

Stateline CDJR is looking for a Warranty Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the details right. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our warranty process—making sure every claim is submitted correctly, every dollar is accounted for, and every customer leaves knowing their vehicle was cared for the right way. You’ll work side-by-side with our service advisors, technicians, and managers to keep the department efficient, compliant, and profitable. What You’ll Do

  Take ownership of the entire warranty claim process—from start to finish.

  Review repair orders and make sure every detail is accurate, compliant, and ready to go.

  Submit, track, and follow up on claims to ensure maximum reimbursement.

  Work closely with advisors and technicians to keep communication clear and documentation complete.

  Handle rejected claims like a pro—resolving issues quickly and keeping everything on track.

  Stay on top of manufacturer updates, bulletins, and compliance rules.

  Be the go-to person for warranty audits and ensure we’re always ready.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Prior automotive warranty administration experience (CDJR/Stellantis background is a huge plus).

  
  


• 
  

  Sharp eye for detail and love for accuracy.

  
  


• 
  

  Confidence using dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds, or similar).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills—you know how to work well across different teams.
