Automotive Warranty Administrator | $26.50-$30/hr + Bonus | Infiniti of Tacoma

Infiniti of Tacoma is looking for a Service Warranty Administrator to assist our busy Service Department with warranties. This is an opportunity to take ownership of all warranty claims within the department.

What You Can Expect

• $26.50 - $30 hourly + bonus based on performance
• Consistent and full-time schedule
• Continual support from service department management
• Manufacturer support and training for factory recalls, technical service bulletins and      warranty updates
• Established Service department and steady workflow 

 Your Role

• Process and submit Infiniti warranty claims accurately, promptly, and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Review repair orders for proper documentation and assign labor operation codes based on technicians’ notes and descriptions.  
• Reconcile warranty receivables with payments and maintain accuracy in the accounting schedule.  
• Work closely with the service department to provide quick and efficient customer service experiences 
• Follow up on outstanding claims and correct rejected claims for resubmission.

• Previous experience in warranty claims processing with Infiniti is a plus.
• Understanding of warranty programs, repair order documentation, and service history.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, technicians, and management.
• Proficient with warranty management software and general office software.
• Ability to identify discrepancies in claims and work toward resolutions
