Autonomous Fleet Coordinator

🚗 Customer Support – Rider Operations (On-site, Las Vegas)

Pay: $25/hour
Type: Full-time 
Schedule: Various shifts available 
Location: In-person, Las Vegas, NV

🧑‍💻 What You’ll Do:

• Be the real-time support for customers using autonomous robo-taxis

• Help riders before, during, and after their rides (like a 911 operator meets tech support)

• Handle issues, emergencies, or ride disruptions with calm and empathy

• Work with tools, test new processes, and give feedback to help improve the service

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate problems when needed

✅ Requirements:

• 2+ years in customer service, retail, or similar

• Calm under pressure and trained (or experienced) in de-escalation

• Great communication and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy and able to adapt in fast-changing environments

• Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset

🕐 Shifts Available:

• Day: 9:30 AM – 6 PM

• Evening: 5:30 PM – 2 AM

• Days: Wed–Sun, Thu–Mon, Fri–Tue, or Sat–Wed
