Autonomous Systems Support Specialist

In this role, you’ll serve as the critical link between remote vehicle operators, developers, and riders—ensuring safe, seamless, and enjoyable passenger experiences across every ride.

We’re looking for a calm, tech-savvy professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You’ll troubleshoot vehicle systems, interface with Linux/Ubuntu tools, and help drive innovation by providing insights that improve operations and user experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and assist remote vehicle operations using Ubuntu/Linux tools
• Generate and analyze reports, document daily activity summaries, and assist with remote software deployment
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and operators to optimize vehicle behavior and performance
• Support on-the-ground teams to maintain clean, safe, and professional vehicle environments
• Operate vehicles when needed, following strict safety and traffic protocols
• Help shape the future of autonomous tech through real-time observation and feedback

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of driving experience with a clean driving record and valid license
• Solid technical troubleshooting experience (hardware/software), preferably with Linux/Ubuntu
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs. and working on your feet when necessary
• A passion for autonomous vehicles and emerging technologies

Bonus Points For:

• Prior experience operating or testing autonomous vehicles
• Hands-on familiarity with Ubuntu/Linux in a professional setting
• A strong process-oriented mindset and attention to detail

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (EST)
