Overview

We’re hiring a Senior AV Technician to lead the build, integration, and troubleshooting of advanced vehicle systems. This role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

• Lead installation of sensors, wiring, and electronic systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system issues
• Oversee maintenance, upgrades, and vehicle reliability
• Support field testing and deployments
• Work with engineering and operations teams
• Maintain tools, inventory, and documentation
• Mentor and train junior technicians

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in automotive, robotics, or mechatronics
• Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with sensors, wiring, and control systems
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
• Leadership or training experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in field/warehouse settings

Nice to Have

• Experience with electric or autonomous vehicles
• Soldering, crimping, or prototyping skills
• Background in testing, calibration, or data collection
