Fleet Support Specialist

Location: Foster City, CA (In-person)
Pay: $40.75 per hour
Schedule: Full-time

Were hiring a Fleet Support Specialist to help support an autonomous ride-hailing company’s vehicle fleet.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule vehicle repairs and reduce downtime

• Monitor vehicle issues and track fleet health

• Keep accurate repair and maintenance records

• Update reports and dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly)

• Order parts and track inventory

• Perform quality checks on repairs

• Help improve processes by sharing repair feedback

• Work with different teams (operations, maintenance, engineering)

• Complete monthly safety inspections

• Use systems like Jira and other tracking tools to manage work orders

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years experience in automotive or fast-paced service environment

• Basic understanding of vehicle repairs

• Strong organization and multitasking skills

• Comfortable using tools like Jira, Google Suite, or similar systems

• Good communication skills (email, Slack, etc.)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Able to pass background check and drug screen

• Willing to travel up to 50% if needed
