Autonomous Vehicle Operator (Level 3)

In this contract role, you'll drive 4-8 hours daily, prioritizing flawless execution in a dynamic AV environment. We value disciplined team players who thrive on "whatever it takes" missions, offering you hands-on learning in vehicle ops and a front-row seat to autonomous tech's real-world impact.

What you'll do:

• Drive vehicles safely for 4-8 hours per shift, conducting basic software/hardware tests to maintain peak readiness.
• Support diverse missions in and out of vehicles, from logistics to team collaborations.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance checks, repairs, and cleanliness routines for vehicles/equipment.
• Document metrics, provide clear written/oral feedback to engineering teams, and handle paperwork for seamless ops.
• Offer logistical support for vehicle movement, storage, and workplace organization.

Your rewards: Earn $29/hour full-time (30+ hours/week), with flexible in-person shifts in SF. Choose from day (e.g., 7:45am-4:15pm) or night (e.g., 3:45pm-12:15am) options across rotating weeks (Thu-Mon, Fri-Tue, etc.). Requirements

• Driver’s License (showing 3 consecutive years with no gap)
• Typing test with a 45 WPM minimum 
• Basic vehicle knowledge to perform vehicle checks, ability to drive for long duration (6 hours in the car per day) 
• Basic technology ability 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent driving history and no criminal history
• Proactive mindset and resourcefulness
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience is a plus
• Military experience is a plus
