About the Job:

We’re  a  ride-hailing company hiring a Vehicle Operators to drive and monitor autonomous vehicles in Las Vegas. Your main job is to drive safely, make sure the vehicles are ready to go, test the technology, and give helpful feedback to the engineering teams.

You’ll also help with basic vehicle checks and communicate with different teams at the company (like tech and support). You will drive up to 4–8 hours a day, so enjoying driving is a must!

Pay Bonuses:

• Weekend shifts: +5% per hour

• Night shifts (starting after 1 PM): +2% per hour

• Weekend night shifts: +7% total per hour

Shift Options:

Day Shifts:

• 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM

• 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

• 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM

Night Shifts:

• 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM

• 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM

• 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

• 5:45 PM – 2:00 AM

Days You Can Work:

• Wednesday to Sunday

• Thursday to Monday

• Friday to Tuesday

• Saturday to Wednesday

What You’ll Do:

• Drive and monitor autonomous vehicles

• Run basic tests on vehicle software and systems

• Report issues and give feedback to engineers       MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE 45WPM

• Keep vehicles clean and ready to use

• Help move and store vehicles

• Complete daily maintenance and vehicle checks

• Assist with logs, paperwork, and reports

What We’re Looking For:

• Safe, experienced drivers (clean driving record required)

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable driving 4–8 hours per day

• Basic tech knowledge (troubleshooting, using apps, etc.)

• Able to follow instructions and work well with a team

Bonus Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Military experience

• Bachelor’s degree or technical experience
