Job Description - Auxiliar de cocina

Ejecutar actividades de operaciÃ³n:

Lavar y pelar verduras y frutas

Cortar y picar ingredientes

Mezclar y preparar salsas, aderezos y otros ingredientes

Ayudar a preparar platos principales y guarniciones

Limpiar y desinfectar la cocina y los utensilios de cocina

Almacenar los ingredientes y suministros de cocina

Ayudar a preparar el menÃº y seleccionar los ingredientes.

Requisitos

Conocimientos bÃ¡sicos de cocina, habilidades prÃ¡cticas,
organizaciÃ³n y limpieza, conocimientos de seguridad alimentaria,
flexibilidad y capacidad de trabajar bajo presiÃ³n.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo
turnos tempranos o tardÃos y fines de semana
