Join the front lines of the autonomous vehicle revolution! We’re hiring Level 3 Vehicle Operators to support an innovative, on-demand ride-hailing company in Austin. You'll operate cutting-edge autonomous vehicles and work alongside talented engineering and operations teams to shape the future of transportation.

Pay & Perks:

• $25.00/hour base pay

• Weekend shifts: +5% pay

• Evening shifts (starting at 1PM or later): +2% pay
  (Earn up to 7% extra per hour on weekend night shifts!)

• Day: 6:45AM–3:15PM or 7:45AM–4:15PM

• Night: 2:45PM–11:15PM or 3:45PM–12:15AM

• Days: Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, Friday–Tuesday, Saturday–Wednesday

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles (4–8 hours driving per day)

• Support vehicle testing, maintenance, and logistics

• Conduct software and hardware tests and basic troubleshooting

• Log accurate documentation and provide feedback to engineers

• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, readiness, and proper storage

For that You’ll Need:

• Clean driving record and ability to drive 6+ hours/day

• Solid communication and tech skills

• Basic understanding of vehicle systems (maintenance a plus)

• No criminal history

• Typing speed of 45 WPM or more (Test required)

• Bachelor's degree or technical/military background is a plus

• This is an in-person role in Austin, TX

Weekend shifts add 5% per hour in bonus pay! Night shifts starting at 1 p.m. or later add an additional 2% per hour in bonus pay (7% total on weekends)!
