Job Title: Secret Cleared AV Technician

Location: Various locations across the USA (75% travel required)

Clearance Level: Active Secret Clearance or higher required

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and Secret Cleared AV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in audio-visual (AV) installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role requires extensive travel within the United States, with up to 75% travel to various client sites, ensuring the successful setup and functionality of AV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV systems, including displays, projectors, speakers, microphones, control systems, and video conferencing equipment.

Conduct site assessments to evaluate and plan AV system installations.

Provide maintenance and support for AV equipment, ensuring systems operate efficiently at client sites.

Collaborate with clients to ensure AV systems meet their specific needs and provide training on system operation when necessary.

Perform diagnostic checks and repairs on AV systems both remotely and on-site.

Maintain thorough documentation of installations, maintenance tasks, and equipment usage.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols at all times.

Adhere to project deadlines while traveling extensively to various locations.

Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance is required.

Proven experience as an AV technician, with expertise in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting AV systems.

Strong knowledge of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, control systems, and networked AV solutions.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Ability and willingness to travel 75% of the time across the United States.

Valid driver's license and the ability to pass travel-related background checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in AV technologies such as CTS, Crestron, or Extron.

Experience working with secure AV installations, especially in government or defense environments.
