Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years proven experience in designing and implementing Aveva solutions, with a deep understanding of Aveva software modules and architecture.
• Strong technical skills in Aveva software configuration, customization, and integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals on knowledge of Aveva.
• Certification in Aveva software solutions is a plus.
• Must be able to work Pacific time hours.  Not optional.
• Remote is ok as long as working Pacific time hours to collaborate with team.
• Must be able to do an occasional in office visit if/when required (TBD not scheduled at this time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of Aveva solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, and develop innovative solutions.
• Implement and configure Aveva software modules to meet project requirements, leveraging your expertise to optimize performance and usability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, empowering them to excel in Aveva implementation projects.
• Stay abreast of emerging Aveva technologies and trends, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Aveva solutions, providing guidance and support to stakeholders
