Job Overview:
We are seeking both A&P licensed inspectors and experienced unlicensed inspectors for our dynamic team. This role involves servicing, repairing, and overhauling aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure airworthiness. The position offers the opportunity to work on passenger and cargo planes at Miami International Airport, engaging in a critical aspect of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Inspector, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that aircraft and their components meet all quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include:
**Processing daily incoming and outgoing materials in compliance with ISO 9000 Procedures Manual and Customer Requirements Manual.
**Collaborating closely with the Director of Quality Control to review and update department standards.
**Dispositioning rejects in liaison with suppliers and product lines.
**Engaging in problem-solving and decision-making processes with a strong analytical mindset.

Qualifications:
**For A&P Licensed Inspectors: FAA Airframe and Powerplant License required.
**Additionally, anyone with an A&P license who's looking for a change of pace and wants to become an inspector is welcome to apply.
**For Experienced Unlicensed Inspectors: Substantial aircraft inspection experience; nearing completion of A&P licensing is preferred.
**Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
**Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
**Excellent communication skills and a commitment to company values and ethics.
**Ability to perform in a traditional warehouse environment, including sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and moving about the facility. Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds and comply with OSHA standards.
