Responsibilities
•Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
•Check guests in and out with efficiency
•Answer phones in a professional manner
•Transferring calls or take messages when necessary
•Accurately process credit card transactions safely and securely
•Communicate with guest about any problems/complaints and determine the best form of action to resolve
•Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent service
•Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Opera PMS Experience Required
At least one year of experience working at a hotel front desk guest services agent, or night auditor guest service agent.
Skills: communication, light computer, reading and writing, basic math, problem solving.
Having a flexible schedule including weekends and/or holidays
