Description

Greenfield Engineering, a Saalex Company, is seeking a Avionics Integrated Product Team Lead in Lexington Park, MD. The Mission Systems Program Analyst will provide administrative support to the Presidential Helicopters Program (PMA-274) Mission Systems & Software IPT.

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $39.00-$47.82 per hour (depending upon experience)

Work Location: Onsite at Patuxent River, MD.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide overall program management leadership for Mission Communications Systems efforts supporting the VH-92A, VH-3D, and VH-60N Presidential Helicopters.
  • Manage program budgets, schedules, acquisition activities, contracts, testing, and evaluation.
  • Lead the development and tracking of Requests for Proposals.
  • Manage contract award activities, including technical evaluations and negotiations.
  • Develop and manage Procurement Initiation Documentation, Statements of Work, and Contract Data Requirements Lists.
  • Create and coordinate program documentation, requirements documents, program plans, and budgets.
  • Manage budget execution, spend plans, funding documents, and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution-related data calls.
  • Use the Program Management Tool to generate and track procurement actions and milestones.
  • Represent the Integrated Product Team during program reviews, briefings, and coordination activities with other NAVAIR and Department of Defense organizations.
  • Lead or participate in program risk management activities.
  • Coordinate MCS-related acquisition and program management efforts with the Level II Mission Systems and Software IPTL.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.


Requirements

Required:

  • Experience managing Department of Defense or NAVAIR acquisition programs.
  • Experience overseeing program budgets, schedules, contracts, acquisition activities, testing, and evaluation.
  • Experience developing and tracking Requests for Proposals and supporting contract awards.
  • Experience conducting or coordinating technical evaluations and contract negotiations.
  • Experience developing acquisition and contracting documentation, including Statements of Work and Contract Data Requirements Lists.
  • Experience managing budget execution, spend plans, funding documents, and program financial data.
  • Experience tracking procurement actions, program milestones, and deliverables.
  • Experience developing program plans, requirements documents, budgets, and other program documentation.
  • Experience presenting program information during reviews, briefings, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Experience coordinating across Integrated Product Teams and Department of Defense organizations.
  • Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating program risks.
  • Strong written communication, briefing, leadership, and organizational skills.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting NAVAIR aviation programs.
  • Experience supporting PMA-274 or another Naval Air Systems Command program office.
  • Experience with Presidential Helicopter platforms, including the VH-92A, VH-3D, or VH-60N.
  • Experience managing mission communications systems, avionics, mission systems, or software-related programs.
  • Experience serving as an Integrated Product Team Lead or Deputy Integrated Product Team Lead.
  • Experience using the Program Management Tool to manage procurement actions and milestones.
  • Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process.
  • Familiarity with Procurement Initiation Documentation.
  • Experience coordinating with NAVAIR competencies, program offices, contractors, and Department of Defense stakeholders.
  • Defense acquisition or program management certification.

Security Clearance:

Active Secret clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:

HS Diploma or GED required with 5+ years of related experience.
