In this role, we are looking for a candidate with proven track record in enhancing client satisfaction through innovative cloud solutions, resulting in improved operational efficiencies and substantial growth in project engagements. Committed to leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible lead the creation and expansion of a Cloud Migration and Modernization practice, enabling clients to seamlessly transition data centers to the modern cloud.
Developed and implemented comprehensive DevOps, Security, and FinOps practices, empowering clients to automate provisioning, ensure security compliance, and optimize cloud costs.
The role will require you to collaborate with sales teams and manage the larger ecosystem of stakeholders and mentoring future leaders on the job.
As a leader, you will be responsible for building technology capability for the organization and closely collaborating with our Technology Practices, Delivery Teams, and Service Lines.
Adept at developing and implementing comprehensive migration strategies, cloud security, and DevOps practices, achieving significant cost reductions and performance enhancements

Minimum Qualifications
Very strong communication and skills to influence outcomes at CXO levels and their direct leadership teams
Strong collaboration skills in a complex matrix environment
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Deep Client facing experience at strategic and tactical levels
Self-starter attitude and ability to operate in emerging / start up kind of culture
Consultative selling experience, moving from understanding the Problem Statements and Pain Areas to Potential Solutions
Personal effectiveness to manage your own calendar and prioritising what's important
Amazing storytelling skills with great executive presence
