About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP, Digital Banking Manager to lead the development and management of digital banking products and services, with a primary focus on mobile and online banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the digital offerings are current, user-friendly, and aligned with member needs and industry trends. This role involves providing high-level technical direction, overseeing product development, and maintaining a positive member experience across all digital channels. The AVP will also be tasked with fostering collaborative relationships, defining product functionality, managing risks and issues, and optimizing digital banking capabilities based on market feedback and performance metrics.Candidates for the AVP, Digital Banking Manager position must have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a leadership/management role within the banking, federal credit union, or financial institution industry. Additionally, 3-5 years of experience in managing the development, implementation, and performance of online and mobile banking technologies is required. Proficiency in UI/UX design, API integrations, and strong technical knowledge of digital banking applications are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience with Tyfone, Zelle, Yodlee, and MX, and program and project management experience is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are also necessary, along with a broad understanding of credit union operations and regulations.
