About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on digital marketer, experienced in managing small- and large-scale digital campaigns, and adept at using marketing automation and CRM platforms.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in a financial services or similar industry. Proficiency in a range of digital marketing tools and platforms is essential, including Google Analytics, Marketing Cloud (Salesforce CRM), and content management systems. The role involves leading a team, so strong leadership and management skills are required. The AVP will also be responsible for vendor and agency management, budgeting, and ROI tracking for paid media. The position calls for a highly analytical, strategic, and creative individual with a growth mindset, who can effectively communicate with management and stay abreast of industry trends.
