Schedule: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend. 

Location: North Mankato

Wage: 

• $17.00 per hour for full-time.
  • Full-time staff is eligible for $18.00 per hour if staff are in good standing after the first 90 days of employment.
• $16.00 per hour for part-time.
  • Part-time staff are eligible for $16.50 per hour if staff are in good standing after the first 90 days of employment.
• All awake overnight shifts will receive an additional $1.00 per hour for direct care hours worked.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Monitor individuals nightly to ensure safety.
• Get paid for being a productive night owl.
• Help others achieve their goals.
• Assist in preparing for the day ahead.
• Advocate for the benefit of others.

What do we need from you?

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass the MN Department of Human Services Background Study
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to complete daily direct care such as bathing, toileting, feeding, and changing.
• Ability to do household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
