Description

The Car Wash Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the wash and ensuring it is running as successfully as possible. The Car Wash Manager must be able to enhance customers satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage our Associates effectively. The Car Was Manager must have effective time management skills, analytical skills, motivational skills and a basic understanding of equipment.

Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to all managing a crew of up to 10 Associates, scheduling Associates, processing store payroll, interviewing, hiring, praising and disciplining Associates, recruiting new club members, ensure wash is clean, help with vehicle prep work, ensure all equipment is working, control cost and report to home office.
