Job Details:
Job Title: Azure Data Engineer.

Type: Contractual [Contract-W2/ FTE]
Eligibility: H4 EAD Only.
Required Qualifications
Platform & Technology:
⢠Microsoft Fabric experience (primary platform)
⢠Lakehouse architecture and implementation
⢠Spark Notebooks development
⢠Schema design and management
⢠File and folder structure management
⢠Access permissions and security
⢠Alternative Platform Experience (acceptable):
⢠Databricks lakehouse engineering, OR Other lakehouse platforms with transferable skills
Core Technical Skills:
⢠Spark or PySpark programming experience (essential)
⢠Data pipeline development and orchestration
⢠Working with multi-source data integration (experience with 10+ source systems preferred)
⢠Understanding of lakehouse file structures and data organization
⢠Data engineering best practices for large-scale data platforms
Nice to have:
⢠Understanding of customer interaction data and dimensional modeling concepts
⢠Experience with customer data platforms or Customer 360 initiatives (nice to have)
Responsibilities:
⢠Develop and maintain data pipelines in a Microsoft Fabric lakehouse environment
⢠Write and optimize Spark notebooks for data processing and transformation
⢠Manage lakehouse schemas, file structures, and data organization
⢠Integrate data from multiple source systems into the Customer 360 platform
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, enterprise, and operations domains
⢠Ensure data quality, security, and access controls are properly implemented
⢠Support ongoing technical operations for the Customer 360 initiative
