Performance Toyota Fairfield seeks a skilled "B" Level Service Technician to join our team. We are offering a competitive sign-on bonus of up to $7,500. We also seek a career-minded professional with a methodical work ethic who thrives in a straightforward shop environment and excels in advanced diagnostics and repairs for Toyota vehicles.

• $56,000.00 to $90,000.00 (Flat Rate)
• $7,500.00 Sign-on Bonus Potential (Ask hiring manager for details)
• $40 Hour Week / Four 10 Hour Days - Off Three

Requirements

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay
• Keep constant communication with your Service Advisor
• Immediately report any setbacks to vehicle promise time
• Must be coachable. (Mentor will be a Master Technician)
• Complete all repairs under the guidance of your mentor
• Enroll in an accelerated training program through Toyota Motor Corp. (At no cost to you)

Qualifications:

• 3-4 ASE certifications are preferred but not required
• 3-4 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience to succeed in this position
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
