Job Description - B2B Account Executive SMB Direct Sales

Verizon recently acquired Frontier and plans to transition non-union Frontier employees into Verizon compensation and benefits programs. Join us! \n\n \n\nWhat we\u0027re seeking: \n\n We\u0027re seeking a B2B Account Executive - Small and Medium Business Direct Sales with the energy and determination to win. As a consultative sales professional, you\u0027ll be responsible for market share penetration and revenue growth by driving 100% new customer acquisition within our small business group. This will be achieved by establishing credibility by understanding the prospective client\u0027s external drivers, business objectives, and internal challenges. You will develop complete solutions tailored to these insights, showcasing Frontier\u0027s world-class products. \n\n \n\nWhat we need in you: \n\nIn this sales role, your daily activity directly drives your success. We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a persistent, confident approach to prospecting. You should be comfortable working independently in your assigned territory, actively engaging with potential customers, closing deals, and nurturing long-term relationships. If you thrive in a performance-driven environment and are eager to meet and exceed clear, measurable sales targets, this is the role for you. \n\n \n\nWhat we offer: \n\nNothing is more important to our success than the team that builds it. That\u0027s why we offer a competitive pay package with a $50,000 base salary and a $50,000 commission target--but your earning potential doesn\u0027t stop there. If you follow the activity and pipeline plan, you can easily surpass $120,000 in total earnings. Your hard work and dedication directly impact your success, and we provide the tools, training, and support to help you maximize your potential. \n\n \n\nWe also provide benefits that prioritize the wellness of you and your family. Frontier covers 50% of eligible expenses with an annual cap of $5,500 to further your education and career \n\n\n * 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year \n\n\n * Mileage Stipend for travel around town \n\n\n * 401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensation \n\n\n * Performance-based promotion path and succession planning \n\n\n * 10 weeks of paid parental leave, 3 weeks of paid caregiver leave, and up to $10k in adoption program assistance \n\n\n * Company provided laptop and cell phone for work \n\n\n\n \n\nWhat you\u0027ll do: \n\n * Proactively acquire new business opportunities within a specified territory by knocking on 50 doors daily and following up with prospects to drive engagement. \n\n\n * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring at least 10 active opportunities at any given time to meet and exceed revenue targets. \n\n\n * Consistently achieve performance metrics, securing 17 new orders per month and ensuring at least 12 successful installs per month. \n\n\n * Analyze, develop, and deliver personalized sales proposals tailored to client needs, driving conversions and long-term customer relationships. \n\n\n * Leverage pre- and post-sales support to enhance customer relationships, optimize solutions, and maximize revenue potential. \n\n\n * Stay well-informed about competitors\u0027 activities in the assigned territory, providing market intelligence on pricing, promotions, and industry trends. \n\n\n * Demonstrate expertise in Frontier\u0027s suite of business solutions, including Fiber Optic, Small Business Voice Solutions, WiFi, Internet Backup, Static IP, Security, and Premium Tech Support, positioning them effectively to meet customer needs. \n\n\n\n \n\nWhat background you should have: \n\n * 1-2 years of business experience with a successful track record of STRONG prospecting and business acquisition experience \n\n\n * A valid driver\u0027s license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record \n\n\n * Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle, including during inclement weather \n\n\n\n \n\nPreferred Qualifications: \n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree preferred \n\n\n * Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, particularly fixed telecommunications services such as cable, fiber, or fixed-wireless access \n\n\n\n \n\nFrontier salaries are estimated by third parties and may or may not reflect actual or total compensation.
