Job Description - B2B Account Representative


Our West Virginia company is looking for a B2B Account Representative to join our powerful crew! If you're ready to "phone home" with big sales numbers and build relationships so strong they'll make E.T. jealous, then keep reading! In this role, you'll hit the streets (and maybe a few coffee shops) to boost brand visibility and drive sales for AT&T's fantastic offerings. Key requirements to be a B2B Account Representative:

  • Proven ability to conduct face-to-face sales activities, product demonstrations, and provide personalized service.
  • Willingness to travel to various field locations using reliable transportation for sales activities and promotional events.
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating strong customer relationships and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams to enhance promotional efforts and sales effectiveness.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AT&T products, services, and promotions.

A B2B Account Representative will be responsible for:

  • Engaging in face-to-face sales activities with customers.
  • Promoting AT&T products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Traveling to various field locations to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Participating in daily B2B Account Representative meetings to address and resolve any issues.
  • Assisting customers in selecting the best AT&T products and services based on their needs and preferences.
  • Reporting on sales progress and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends.
