B2B Call Center Agent - Verizon

Join OneTouch Direct as a B2B Call Center Agent and become a key player in our customer engagement team! Located in Tampa, FL, we have been at the forefront of providing exceptional contact center solutions to Fortune 500 companies since 1998. We are looking for enthusiastic agents who are passionate about sales and customer service!

Your role as a B2B Call Center Agent involves engaging with businesses, assisting them in finding the best products and services tailored to their needs. Daily responsibilities include:

• Building lasting relationships with business clients and understanding their requirements.
• Promoting our comprehensive product offerings that suit diverse business needs.
• Utilizing a consultative sales approach to meet client expectations and drive sales.
• Handling inquiries and providing support via inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Collaborating with team members to continuously improve processes and sales techniques for better results.

This will be a 12pm - 9pm or 1pm - 10pm schedule.

• Proven experience in B2B sales or call center roles is preferred, but we value a strong willingness to learn!
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to effectively connect with business clients.
• Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of our products and services in relation to client needs.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and improving customer experiences.
• Proficient in using computers and navigating customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week schedule, with overtime opportunities!
