Job Title: B2B Drinking Water Sales Representative
Location: Territory-Based | St. Joseph, Topeka & Kansas City Metro
Job Type: Full-Time | Base Salary: $36,000 + Commission

About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of their success. What You'll Do



· Prospect, engage, and convert new business opportunities

· Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads

· Maintain a high level of activity through calls, emails, and meetings

· Present value-driven solutions tailored to customer needs

· Collaborate with leadership and peers to sharpen skills and improve processes

· Take feedback seriously, apply it immediately, and keep pushing forward

· Consistently hit and exceed targets


What You Bring



· 2+ years of B2B sales experience

· A competitive mindset and high personal standards

· Clear, confident communication skills

· Strong organizational habits and follow-through

· A willingness to put in the reps — every single day

Schedule:


Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.



Job Requirements



· High school diploma or equivalent (required)

· Valid driver’s license (required)

· Must have reliable personal vehicle for transportation across assigned territories

· Ability to reliably commute to or relocate near Olathe, KS 66061 before starting work

· 2+ years of sales experience (required)

Territories: Your primary territory will be assigned as Topeka, KS. Regular travel within your territory and surrounding areas will be required.
