Job Description - B2B Manager

Directly supervise B2B Account Managers

Provide coaching, training, and performance management for Account Managers

Ensure department individual and team key performance metrics

Lead department trainings and meetings

Conduct Account Manager performance evaluations

Attend National Conferences as schedule for key partnership accounts

Lead acquisition of new national accounts

Support Account Managers in resolving escalated issues with partners

Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with each Account Manager

Other duties as assigned
